Committee Reports
=================

Overview
========

Committee reports capture the recomendation of a committee, having
studied a bill, to the full chamber. The committee report may
recommend either that a bill is passed, that it's passed as amended,
or that the bill is 'tabled' i.e. the bill should not proceed any
further in the legislative process.

Generally, links to committee reports will be looked up using the
:ref:`bill version <bills>` representation, so the collection resource
here is mostly for completeness.
