DOCTODO Resources for legislators in a given session. .. note:: Legislator Identifiers Legislator identifiers are persistent across sessions. This means that the same identifier, for example ``lloyd_arnold_1124``, will refer to the same person in the 2013 session as in 2014. If some of the legislator's details change over time however ( for example if a legislator gets married and changes their surname, or if they change party ) the legislator's details in previous sessions will **not** be updated.
